Recommendations are collected and presented in the Account Summary Report (ASR) provided to Clients monthly, quarterly or semi-annual depending on contract level.

Recommendations solidify our credibility with Clients by proactively addressing IT related topics to help their business. Technology is just an enabler of larger objectives set by each organization and the better Black Line understands these objectives, and provides options, the more valuable we make ourselves.
Being proactive with recommendations tightens our relationship with our Clients so they don’t look for other providers. Defining recommendations for each Client also establishes a future revenue stream of projects, support and other technological solutions.
Clients want to focus on their business and rely on their professionals to provide guidance and make recommendations. Regular review, analysis and recommendation of possible solutions demonstrates an understanding of needs, care for their business and addressing of issues before negatively impacting the organization.
The Black Line makes recommendations that actually impact the business and add value beyond the technology itself. Most of our competition focuses on the technical merits of solutions, while important, the Business Leader is interested not in what the technology does but how it improves the operation of a business. Black Line will not make a recommendation only for technical merits, there needs to be a business impacting reason as well
