As a consulting business, we have the responsibility to provide expert-level technical services to our customers. This process does not stop at toolset implementation, but rather carries on beyond that to teach and train our Clients on the use of those toolsets, for assurance that end-user adaptation is successful.
In the past, this responsibility has fallen on the hands of our engineers- who may not have the bandwidth, skillset, or ability to thoroughly and effectively train our Clients. By providing training programs, Engineers are free to focus on their core competencies and Black Line is still proactively helping our Clients maximize the value of their IT investments.
Clients can be taught post-implementation, evaluate progress/results and drive measurable results
Often Organizations invest heavily in IT Infrastructure, products and software as a way to increase the productivity of their employees, provide automated toolsets to gain efficiencies and solve business problems. These systems often have a steep learning curve, have features that are underutilized, or simply are not used properly for the intended purpose. Formal and organized training is the way business leaders can address these shortcomings by equipping their employees with the knowledge necessary to be successful and drive value to the organization
Impacting the lives of the employees of our Clients is a core value of Black Line of which training is a key component. Our competitors often see training as an afterthought, bothersome and just not that important to focus resources on. This oversight by our competitors leaves Client employees feeling left out of the process of automation and ill equipped to get their jobs done.
