General Risks

  • Regardless of the thoroughness of the design and client interaction during the design process, functional needs and capabilities may still be overlooked.  This is the inherent risk of any software development project and CLIENT recognizes that additional costs may be incurred outside the scope of this proposal.
  • If unforeseen design, implementation or functionality issues arise that impact budget, Black Line will review and discuss with CLIENT before proceeding or incurring additional costs.
